Nuremberg

Traveling in Nuremberg can be a trial, but we had beautiful weather and a great visit. Like Dresden, the city suffered during WWII, but has recovered quite well. In the 1930's it was a center of the Nazi Party, but today is all about partying. Today it is a Mecca for shopping, cute little wursts, gingerbread, and as the location of the CCHS exchange program. Apparently a bunch of Chamblee kids are here now, but we missed them.
The Beautiful Fountain in the old city.

Lunch break!

The artist Albrecht Durer lived here.

Note to DeKalb County- the German program rocks!
